Penelope Cruz, born in Madrid, Spain on April 28, 1974, has an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress to her credit for her role in Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona. This Spanish beauty had been romantically involved with Hollywood heartthrob Tom Cruise for three years after their co-starring in Vanilla Sky. She married Javier Bardem in 2010 and is now a mother of a son and a daughter.

12. Gillian Anderson

Gillian Anderson, an American-British actress, and writer, born on August 9, 1968, started her career on stage and then achieved international fame for her role as Dana Scully, an FBI agent in the sci-fi drama series The X-Files and as sexy DSI Stella Gibson on The Fall.
