Camps/Clinics:
- Progressive Sports Conditioning offers annual sports specific camps throughout the year. These seasonal camps are taylored to the athlete & their sport. We will work on basic speed, muscle stability, core strength, flexibility,& sport specific skills. Our evaluation process helps us to identify an athlete's weaknesses and to improve their performance, giving the athlete a greater confidence in themselves and their performance.
Travel Camps:
- Please call Progressive Sports Conditioning at (559) 431-8200 to arrange for a travel camp. rates are determined upon size of the group and length of training time. Travel camps are specifically designed to meet your team's goals; Ni two travel camps are the same. Progressive Sports Conditioning will travel to your campus for a single day of training or for on-going training throughout an entire season.
